- WishViby is a registered business operating under F3TEK Pvt Ltd (Pakistan). It reserves the right to limit or refuse service, terminate orders, or cancel transactions in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or misuse of the Website.
2. Order Process
- Orders can be placed directly through the WishViby Website or via our official social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram).
- Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date details, including name, delivery address, and valid payment information, to avoid delays.
- An order is considered confirmed and processing begins only after full advance payment has been received and successfully verified.
- WishViby is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Important Note:
Please note, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. This policy ensures that gifts sent to your loved ones are delivered without hassle, and helps prevent misuse, failed deliveries, or unnecessary returns. All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Placing an order does not automatically mean acceptance.
- An order is considered valid and officially accepted only after full advance payment has been received and successfully verified, and once the product is prepared for dispatch or delivery begins.
- WishViby reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment authorization failure
- Errors in pricing or product description
- If an order is canceled for any of the above reasons, the customer will receive a full refund where applicable.
- Customers may cancel their order at least 24 hours prior to delivery to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations requested after this period will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Within Lahore (City Areas): Orders are typically delivered next working day, subject to product availability.
- Other Cities in Pakistan: Delivery is completed within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
- If an order is not delivered within 15–20 working days, customers may request a full refund.
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, but customers will be notified via SMS or email.
- Express delivery service for urgent orders is also offered. Customers who require same-day or next-day delivery can contact us directly to check the availability of a delivery rider and place their order. This service is subject to location and rider access and may not be available in all areas. A special service fee will apply for urgent deliveries, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
5. Refunds Policy
- Refunds apply only if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Customers must notify WishViby within 24 hours of receiving their order to qualify for a refund.
- The customer must return the product to the nearest courier service, and in the case of an approved return, WishViby will bear the courier charges.
- Items with opened packaging or removed security seals are not returnable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product, they may file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery by submitting clear photographic evidence. Our team will carefully review the issue and, at its discretion, may offer store credit based on the nature of the complaint. If issued, the store credit will be valid for three months from the date of issuance and can be applied toward future purchases on our website.
6. Exchange Policy
- WishViby strictly follows a No Exchange Policy. Once an order has been delivered, exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Many of our products, such as fresh flowers and other perishable items, are custom-made and prepared specifically based on each customer’s request. This includes personalized preparation, customization, and packaging.
- To minimize errors or misunderstandings, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details, images, and descriptions before placing an order.
7. Product Representation
- Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary due to seasonal or stock availability.
- If a product is unavailable, WishViby will provide a replacement of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
8. Pricing, Currency, and Packaging
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) when accessed from within Pakistan.
- International visitors may see USD prices for reference.
- Prices displayed on the WishViby website are updated over time and may change without prior notice.

- Accepted methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Debit/Credit Cards.
